Subject: Flamingo Domingo!
(Domingo is Sunday in spanish. So instead od Sunday Funday - its Flamingo Domingo here!  Because you know, what else rhymes with Domingo?)

Hola!
I'm still at the Point Hostel and having a great time!! We never made it to the surf competition but ended up driving to a beach further up north called Punta Sol. It was absolutely beautiful. So secluded except for a few mansions and some mini bodegas, all overlooking the sunset.   We stayed and  watched the sunset from there and then came back and joined in on the BBQ that the hostel was serving to all the visitors. There are backpackers from all around the world that are staying here.  And! The food and ceviche is sooo good here in mancora. I can get a full  2-course meal of ceviche, rice and fried oysters or calamari with fresh passion fruit or papaya drinks for 5 soles (equivalent to about $2.)  Waking up super early tomorrow morning to go surfing!  Woohoo!!  I can't wait to show everyone pictures!!

Sorry for the rambling. Only so much my two thumbs can type!!
